1)  What are your favorite naughty foods? Bacon Cheeseburgers & Spicy Doritos!! I would live off both these foods if they had no negative impact to my body!!

2)  What do you enjoy most about coaching? Pure satisfaction of helping someone achieve their personal fitness goals & making a difference in their life. Everyone needs that one person to help motivate and push them. I want to and will be that person!

3)  What are 2-3 fitness goals you are currently working on? Not to eat everything in sight! :-) Actually, my biggest personal fitness goal that I've had for many years and will conquer someday is to compete in a bikini competition. I want to transform my body into something that takes tremendous amount of dedication and hard work. I want to prove to myself that it can be done!! So I guess keeping my diet in check is critical for this one! :-) Another goal is to master the clean & jerk & overhead squat. I recently purchased bumper plates with an Olympic bar so will be working on this one in my garage gym!

4)  What equipment/space would you love to have for your athletes? We have great space already to utilize! I would love to add big slam balls to our existing equipment. Those would be fun!

5)  Describe the feeling you get after completing a difficult workout? Pure satisfaction of happiness. I feel like a beast who can conquer anything!!!

Northfield & Farmington RTB - Ashley Drobney

1)  What are your favorite naughty foods?  Potato Chips, I am definitely more into salty and savory over sweets.

2)  What do you enjoy most about coaching?  I enjoy pushing people to do things they didn't think they could do.  It's an amazing feeling seeing someone get their first pull up or box jump.  It's these small steps that build confidence and lead to even greater accomplishments.

3)  What are 2-3 fitness goals you are currently working on?     Ring Muscle Ups

4)  What equipment/space would you love to have for your athletes?    From what I have learned over the last 18 weeks as a RTB coach is that most people join our program coming from gyms with a lot of access to equipment but no one to push them.  Although equipment and space are nice to have its the Community of people that show up and push each other that really matters.

5)  Describe the feeling you get after completing a difficult workout?   Completing a difficult workout always helps me to realize how much stronger and tougher I am than I think I am! Most people are the same way.  Our athletes are stronger than they think they are and they can accomplish way more than they think!

NRHEG RTB - Drew Paukert

image12

1)  What are your favorite naughty foods?  Any type of pasta and Mexican food.

2)  What do you enjoy most about coaching?  Getting to see the growth of the athlete's in my class, both physically and mentally.  I also enjoy starting my morning off with a group of people that share a common purpose.

3)  What are 2-3 fitness goals you are currently working on?  Currently, I am working on my flexibility, core strength, and portion sizes while eating to help shed a few pounds before and during the holiday season.

4)  What equipment/space would you love to have for your athletes?  I would love to have a larger area in our weight room to do more dead lifts and cleans in.  I would also love to have some cardio equipment like bikes and rowers for my athletes to use.

5)  Describe the feeling you get after completing a difficult workout?  I get a buzz about me after finishing a demanding/tough workout.  It gives me a great sense of confidence as I start out my day.

Hayfield RTB - Pete Wyttenbach

1)  What are your favorite naughty foods?   I love pasta....any and all kinds of pasta.  I also love red meat......a nice large steak speaks to my heart.

2)  What do you enjoy most about coaching?   There is so much I love about coaching.  I absolutely love seeing the camaraderie the communities develop.  There's nothing greater than working out with others that have a common cause.  However, to see the personal strengths and goals being achieved is incredibly rewarding.  Hearing that bell being rung with excitement and a huge smile is a great reminder of why getting up at 4:15 am is well worth it!

3)  What are 2-3 fitness goals you are currently working on?  My fitness goals, currently, are to simply stay on a routine of active workouts.  As life happens, finding the time to accomplish my fitness goals becomes more difficult.  I am working hard on establishing a more heart healthy diet as well.  My wife, Jenny, is an AMAZING cook....it's really hard not to eat helping after helping of her delicious meals.  Luckily, she always cooks well balanced meals for our family so usually the meals are fairly healthy.  PORTION CONTROL is my weakness.

4)  What equipment/space would you love to have for your athletes?   The absolute NUMBER ONE piece of equipment on my wish-list, hands down, is a ROW MACHINE!!!  I would consider giving up scrubs all together if I knew I could have a ROW MACHINE in our space!!!  I was not a believer until Erik WRECKED me at the WarRoom simply completing a rowing workout.

5)  Describe the feeling you get after completing a difficult workout?   The feeling I get after a killer workout is one of "why did I just do that"?  Then, as the heart rate comes down, I love to think back of what I just accomplished and how beneficial it will be to me as I continue to work toward goals.  As athletes, it is hard to comprehend that the workouts/movements/lifts you hate the most are most likely the ones YOU NEED THE MOST!!!  Sprint/strength needs endurance every once in awhile just like endurance needs strength/sprint occasionally.

3)  What are 2-3 fitness goals you are currently working on?   Coming off of coaching football I fell back into some unhealthy dietary choices, so really working on getting back on the healthy track diet wise.  Also I keep working toward reaching my goal of benching 225 lbs., squatting 335 lbs. and still looking for a 6-pack (that will be all about the diet!).
