Tues/Thurs - 5:00AM - 6:00AM

Saturday's - 6:30 AM - 7:30AM

Here we go Jordan adults! Ready to join a great group of athletes who push, motivate, inspire, and keep each other accountable? Sessions will run for 8 weeks meeting 3 days a week Tues/Thurs from 5:00AM - 6:00AM and Saturday's from 6:30AM - 7:30AM at the Jordan CERC or H.S. Weight-room. Price will be $79 per session for CERC Members and $90 for Non-Members, that’s 24 classes for $3.29/$3.75 per class! Making fitness fun at an affordable price. Get your workout done before your family wakes up, build the self-discipline you need to do life better and find yourself trending toward becoming the best version of yourself!

Jordan RTB Workouts

Ring The Bell Fitness workouts are full of variety, strength, CORE focused, sweaty, creative, and can be modified for all types of adult abilities and ages.  Expect opportunities to lift weights, get your cardio fix, and work with challenging equipment and fitness schemes that push everyone at their own pace.

We do Team challenges monthly, nutrition challenges that athletes can participate in and so much more to build our community Jordan Strong!  This isn't a 1 time program or class, this is a true community that is being built to last!! Classes will never stop!

Meet Head Coach Andrea Gerres


Personal Bio:

Andrea is the Belle Plaine Head Coach for Ring The Belle Fitness and a full-time working Mom with two very energetic boys, Austin (10) & Jaxson (8), and her significant other, Justin. Andrea has a huge passion for fitness, specifically weight training, and nutrition. She loves the feeling mentally & physically after a good workout! Her motto is we are only given one body, so let’s treat it good! Andrea also has a passion for helping people reach their personal fitness goals and to live the healthiest life possible! Andrea believes we can do life better together. Plus, if you are not a morning person, Andrea’s fun & energetic personality will definitely make you a morning person!
