RTB is partnered with the Northfield Community Education Department led by Melissa Bernhard, registration will be $90 for 8 weeks and workouts will be held M-F throughout the session unless noted otherwise.  As our community grows we will add additional days of the week to provide more flexibility for you.  Time will be 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM, get your workout done before your family wakes up, build the self-discipline you need to do life better and find yourself trending toward becoming the best version of yourself

Get to Know Head Coach Ashley Drobney

Mom, Wife, Crossfit Level 2 Coach, CF Olympic Lifting, PTA, IDLife Associate, Precision Nutrition L1 Certification. Ashley is a 7 year Crossfit athlete with 4 years of coaching experience.  As a Physical Therapist Assistant for 9 years, working with the elderly population, Ashley grew a deeper appreciation for health and fitness.  She believes many things that affect our health later in life, can be eliminated by changing daily habits now.  Ashley has a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals and she dedicates time to learning more about fitness and nutrition with the purpose of becoming a better coach, wife and mother.  As the mother of an energetic 5 year old daughter, Ashley’s desire is to help others achieve their unique goals to live their healthiest life possible and help people be the change we wish to see for future generations.
